
Sourdough Pizza

Homemade sourdough pizza for the family is always a hit. Top it however you like. But you can never go wrong with extra cheese.
Here's how:

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.

Let it rise for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4–6 pieces and roll out one pizza at a time on a floured surface. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Add your choice of topping and bake immediately in the center of the oven for about 10–15 minutes, depending on the size.

Here's how to grill the pizzas:
Preheat the grill, preferably with a baking stone inside, to 300 °C–350 °C. Leave the top and bottom vents open. Place the pizzas on the baking stone. Close the lid. Grill for 3–5 minutes, until they're nicely browned.

- 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
- 150 g (1 bag) KronJäst Whole-Grain Wheat Sourdough
- 750 g (about 12.5 dl) all-purpose flour
- 500 g (5 dl) water, 25 °C
- 15 g (1 tbsp) cooking oil
- 12 g (2 tsp) salt
