No bigger than what you can hold in your hand. The perfect snack, lunch, or dinner that the whole family can help bake. If you want to be prepared, you can easily roll out the dough rounds and freeze them. When it’s time for pizza, just take out the dough rounds, let them thaw, and add your favorite toppings!

    Here's how:

    • 1

Dissolve the yeast in water at about 20 °C.

    • 2

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the salt.

    • 3

Knead the dough for 10 minutes in a mixer, add salt, and knead for another 5 minutes. Double that time if you’re kneading by hand. The dough should be elastic and chewy.

    • 4

Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then divide it into 20 pieces.

    • 5

Roll out oval-shaped pieces about 1 cm thick and place them on parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce, chopped onion, and cheese on top.

    • 6

Let it rise for 30 minutes.

    • 7

Preheat the oven to 250 °C, preferably with a baking stone or a baking sheet.

    • 8

Remove the baking stone or baking sheet and place the pizzas on it. Put it in the oven, and after a couple of minutes, lower the temperature to 230 °C.

    • 9

Bake for about 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack.

    • 10

Garnish with lettuce and air-dried ham. Feel free to drizzle a little olive oil over the top. Serve!
