    Here's how:

Crumble the yeast into a bowl and stir it into the water (25 °C). Mix in the sourdough starter, oil, honey, cardamom, and most of the flour.

Add salt and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes. Double the time if you’re kneading by hand. Let it rise under a kitchen towel for 45 minutes.

Preheat the grill, preferably with a baking stone inside. The grill should be very hot, 300 °C–350 °C. Leave the top and bottom vents open.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out one pizza at a time on floured parchment paper.

Slice half of the butter into thin strips. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar. Arrange thinly sliced apples on top. Top with the remaining butter, cinnamon, and sugar.

Transfer the pizzas to the grill stone. Close the lid. Grill for 4–7 minutes until they are nicely browned.

Here's how to bake them in the oven:

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up. Transfer the pizzas to the baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 6–8 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
