    Try baking this wonderfully fragrant bread with tomato, basil, and olive oil. It’s absolutely delicious served with a tasty pasta dish or on its own.

    Here's how:

      Dissolve the yeast in the strained tomatoes and add the remaining ingredients.

      Knead into a smooth and elastic dough: 3 minutes on low speed and 4 minutes on high speed in the mixer.

      Let it rise, covered, for about 45 minutes.

      Knead the dough and divide it into 22 pieces.

      Roll the buns into round shapes and place them on a baking sheet. Dip them in flour.

      Let it rise on a baking sheet covered with plastic wrap for about 40 minutes.

      Feel free to place a baking sheet filled with boiling water at the bottom of the oven and leave it there while the bread is baking.

      Bake at 220 °C for about 10 minutes.

    • 500 g (about 5 dl) tomatoes, pureed or crushed
    • 1 full pot of basil leaves or 1 tbsp dried basil
    • 30 g (2 tbsp) tomato paste
    • 30 g (2.5 tbsp) honey
    • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes, shredded
    • 30 g (2 tbsp) olive oil
    • 6 g (1 tsp) salt
    • 700 g (about 10 dl) all-purpose flour
