1 hour 30 minutes
Serve homemade buffet snacks. They're both popular and delicious. Mix it up and try different flavor combinations. But honey and thyme are a great favorite!
Here's how:
-
1
Mix the water with the yeast and flour. Add the olive oil, thyme, and sea salt. Knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Let it rest, covered with a cloth, for about 1 hour.
-
2
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Divide the dough into 60 equal pieces and roll them out into thin sticks.
-
3
Brush with honey water and sprinkle with thyme, then bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Store in a dry place.
-
4
Feel free to serve it with a tasty dip, such as Greek yogurt with fresh herbs, olive oil, and sea salt, or a chili cream with a little heat.
