    A sweet and delicious syrup loaf made with yeast for sweet doughs.

    Here's how:

      Take a bowl and crumble the yeast into it.

      Pour in some of the lukewarm water and stir in the yeast. Then pour in the rest of the water, the brown sugar, and the beaten eggs.

      Add the flour and knead the dough. Let it rise for about 30 minutes.

      Knead the dough again and place it on a floured work surface. Divide it into 3 pieces, roll each piece into a smooth log, and place them on the baking sheet. Let rise until doubled in size.

      Bake the loaf for about 25–28 minutes at 200 °C.

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Sweet Doughs, fresh
    • 500 g (5 dl) water, lukewarm
    • 100 g (1.25 dl) brown sugar
    • 100 g (2) eggs
    • 120 g (about 2 dl) rye flour
    • 780 g (about 13 dl) wheat flour
