    Delicious squares made with graham flour, semolina, wheat, and sunflower seeds.

    Here's how:

      Heat the water and oil until lukewarm, then dissolve the yeast in it.

      Add salt, sugar, and sunflower seeds, then work in the flour.

      Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl, covered with a cloth, for about 30 minutes.

      Pour the dough onto parchment paper and flatten it to a thickness of 1.5 cm.

      Divide the dough into 16 squares. Brush them with water and sprinkle with semolina. Let rise for 10 minutes.

      Bake at 225 °C for about 16 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 25 g (1/2 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 500 g (5 dl) water
    • 20 g (1.5 tbsp) oil
    • 9 g (1.5 tsp) salt
    • 15 g (1 tbsp) granulated sugar
    • 480 g (about 8 dl) all-purpose flour
    • 240 g (about 4 dl) graham flour
    • 150 g (2 dl) sunflower seeds
