    Here's how:

    • 1

Pour the flour and salt into the food processor. Heat the water with the butter and oil in a saucepan (no higher than 30 °C), remove it from the heat, and dissolve the dry yeast in the liquid.

    • 2

Pour it into the food processor, turn the machine on low speed, and crack in one egg at a time. Process until you have a smooth dough; add more flour if necessary.

    • 3

Add the sesame seeds and let them mix in. Pour the dough into a mixing bowl. Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225 °C.

Divide the dough into about 15 pieces. Shape them into strands about 15 cm long, twist them a few times, and pinch them together to form rings. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to rise for about 15 minutes.

Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in the center of the oven for about 10–15 minutes.
