A sandwich is always delicious. Especially if you treat yourself to a really tasty and hearty filling. Perfect to take along when you’re heading out on an outing, or when you settle in front of the TV to watch Sweden win a medal at the Olympics, World Cup, or European Championships. Vary the fillings however you like! You choose your favorite.
Here's how:
-
1
Combine the 1-2-3 solutions.
-
2
Peel the onions and cut them lengthwise.
-
3
Add the onions to the brine and bring them to a rolling boil. Let them cool in the brine, then cut them into onion wedges.
-
4
Mix the mustard and tarragon cream by combining all the ingredients, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until it reaches a firm consistency.
-
5
Cut the bread and slice the tomatoes. Pipe the mustard and tarragon cream onto the bread, and fill the delicious sandwich with ham, lettuce, and tomatoes. Wrap the sandwiches in wax paper.
