    Here's how:

      Mix the oil, syrup, and water at 20 °C. Crumble the yeast into the bowl and pour in the liquid.

      Sprinkle in the salt. Mix, then stir in the graham flour first, followed by the all-purpose flour. Use just enough flour so that the dough is still slightly sticky. Let it rise for 30 minutes.

      Shape the dough into about 12–14 small rolls on a floured work surface. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.

      Bake in the oven for 11–12 minutes at about 230–250 °C. Top with freshly sliced butter and cheese.

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 45 g (0.5 dl) oil
    • 450 g (4.5 dl) water
    • 60 g (3 tbsp) syrup
    • 3 g (0.5 tsp) salt
    • 480–540 g (about 8–9 dl) all-purpose flour
    • 180 g (about 3 dl) graham flour
