A real club sandwich should be served as a tower stacked with at least two or three thin slices of bread. Chicken, bacon, avocado, and tomato, along with lettuce and a good mayonnaise, make up this classic and filling sandwich.

    Here's how:

      Chicken

Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, pepper, salt, and minced garlic to make a marinade. Make 4–5 crosswise cuts in each chicken fillet. Place them in a bowl with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour. Remove the fillets from the marinade and pan-fry them for about 5 minutes on each side. Cut into thin slices.

Fry the bacon until crispy. Let it drain on paper towels. Place the slices of bread on the counter and spread a little mayonnaise on each slice. Layer the salad, tomato, onion, avocado, bacon, chicken, and mayonnaise or dressing.
