    Here's how:

      Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Heat the margarine together with the tomato puree to 20 °C.

      Mix everything together and knead. Let rise for 30 minutes.

      Shape the dough as desired and let it rise for 30 minutes.

      Brush the bread with beaten egg and bake on the bottom rack of the oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 50 g (0.5 dl) margarine
    • 740 g (about 14 dl) flour
    • 70 g (0.5 dl) syrup
    • 3 g (0.5 tsp) salt
    • 40 g sun-dried tomatoes
    • 500 g (1 can) strained tomatoes
    • 0.5 tbsp basil
    • 140 g feta cheese
    • Oliver
