Naan bread—the perfect accompaniment to delicious stews.

Here's how:

Crumble the yeast and sugar into a bowl. Pour in the lukewarm water and yogurt.

Sift the flour and salt. Process in a food processor for about 15 minutes. The dough should be very soft but not too sticky.

Let the dough rise for an hour.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape them into buns, and flatten them into ovals about 15 cm in diameter.

Cook in a preheated skillet for about 1 minute on each side, or in the oven at 250°C until it develops an even golden brown color.

Melt the butter and press the garlic into it.

Brush the naan bread with garlic butter.

- 250 g (about 2.5 dl) water
- 60 g (about 4 tablespoons) yogurt
- 12 g (about 2 teaspoons) salt
- 480 g (about 8 dl) all-purpose flour
- 30 g (about 2 tbsp) butter
- 1 clove of garlic
