Bread with Herbs, Garlic, and Cheese
1 loaf of bread

2 hours
A loaf of bread with all the extras.
This is a recipe from one of our readers and was not created or tested by KronJäst.
Here's how:
-
1
Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add the flour, then gradually add the butter, eggs, and salt. Mix into a dough and let it rise for 40 minutes.
-
2
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 3 tapered rectangles. Brush the bread with the melted butter, place the filling on all three pieces, and stack them on top of each other. Press them together lightly.
-
3
Then cut it into small pieces and arrange them side by side in a long baking pan. This way, you'll have a loaf that you can easily tear off piece by piece.
-
4
Sprinkle any leftover filling or bits that have fallen off onto the bread and let it rise for 30 minutes under the cloth.
-
5
Bake the bread in a 200 °C convection oven for about 30 minutes.
