Cinnamon Bun Day

On October 4, all of Sweden celebrates Cinnamon Bun Day, and we at KronJäst are proud to have our roots in the day that started it all. The Home Baking Council, where yeast has always had a natural place, established the day in 1999 to celebrate the Swedish tradition of home baking. Celebrate with us by baking a truly delicious cinnamon bun from scratch!
