    Here's how:

    • 1

Melt the butter and add the milk. Let the dough mixture cool to 20 °C. Crumble the yeast into a bowl, pour the dough mixture over it, and stir until the yeast has dissolved.

    • 2

Add sugar, salt, and flour. Knead the dough until it’s smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Let it rise, covered, for about 40 minutes.

    • 3

Mix the vanilla pudding mix and milk together and let it chill. Mix the blueberries and sugar.

    • 4

Place the dough on a floured work surface. Divide it into 40 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into squares, about 10×10 cm.

    • 5

Place a dollop of vanilla cream on each round of dough and top with a few blueberries. Pinch the edges together. Place the buns in molds on a baking sheet and let them rise for 30 minutes.

    • 6

Preheat the oven to 250 °C.

    • 7

Brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar. Bake in the center of the oven for about 8 minutes.
