This is by far the easiest bread you can bake. You just need to plan ahead a little. Make the dough in the evening and let it rise in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, turn the dough out onto a baking sheet, cut it into pieces, and bake it.

    Here's how:

      In the evening

Dissolve the yeast in the cold water. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. It may be a little sticky, but that’s perfectly fine. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

      In the morning

Preheat the oven to 200 °C on the convection setting. Turn the dough out onto a work surface or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Divide the dough into about 10 pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with flour and bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
