    Here's how:

      Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.

      Mix all the ingredients in a food processor: 5 minutes on low and 3 minutes on high.

      Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide it into 14 pieces. Knead each piece into a ball and let them rest, covered with a kitchen towel, for 20 minutes.

      Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out slightly so they don't stick together as they rise.

      Let the bread rise in a turned-off oven with the light on, at a maximum of 35 °C, for about 40–50 minutes.

      Then take the bread out and cover it with a kitchen towel so it doesn't dry out.

      Bake for about 5–6 minutes at 230 °C.

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 300 g (3 dl) milk, lukewarm
    • 8 g (1 tsp) salt
    • 60 g (4 tbsp) granulated sugar
    • 60 g butter
    • 570 g (about 7 dl) all-purpose flour
    • 15 g (2 tsp) light bread syrup
