    Here's how:

      Crumble the yeast into a bowl and mix it with a little of the water.

      Add the rest of the ingredients and let the machine run for about 15 minutes. Double that time if you’re kneading by hand. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

      Roll out the dough and divide it into two loaves. Then let it rise for another hour.

      Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    •  1,000 g (10 dl) water, lukewarm
    • 70 g (0.5 dl) syrup
    • 75 g (1 dl) sunflower seeds
    • 70 g (1 dl) flaxseeds
    • 6 g (1 tsp) salt
    • 300 g (about 5 dl) graham flour
    • 1,000 g (about 16.7 dl) all-purpose flour
