    Here's how:

      Boil the rolled oats, water, and salt together to make porridge.

      Melt the margarine, add the milk, and heat until lukewarm.

      Crumble the yeast into a bowl and stir it into the milk.

      Add the porridge, carrots, syrup, and finally the flour. Knead everything together into a dough; you may need a little extra flour.

      Let it rise for about 45 minutes.

      Roll the dough into buns of the right size and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

      Then bake at 225°C for about 8–10 minutes

    • 100 g (2 packets) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 100 g (about 3 dl) rolled oats
    • 500 g (about 5 dl) water
    • salt
    • 140 g (about 1 dl) syrup
    • 100 g (about 1 dl) margarine
    • 500 g (about 5 dl) milk
    • 1,200 g (about 20 dl) rye flour
    • 5–6 carrots, finely grated
