    French bread made with Manitoba flour.

    Here's how:

      Crumble the yeast into a bowl and add water, honey, bread syrup, olive oil, and flaked salt.

      Add the Manitoba flour and, lastly, the special wheat flour until the dough comes together and becomes soft and smooth.

      Let it rise in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel for about 40 minutes.

      Grease the pans and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

      Divide the dough in half, knead it a little, then roll it out into two loaves and place them in the greased pans

      Let them rise in the pans, covered with a kitchen towel, for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

      Brush the loaves with a little water, sprinkle with some flaky salt, and make a slit lengthwise. Then bake for 30 minutes.

    • 50 g (1 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 500 g (5 dl) water, lukewarm
    • 40 g (2 tsp) honey
    • 7 g (1 tsp) syrup
    • 90 g (1 dl) olive oil
    • 30 g (1.5 tbsp) flaked salt
    • 180 g (about 3 dl) Manitoba flour
    • 480–540 g (about 8–9 dl) all-purpose wheat flour
