    Here's how:

      Dissolve the yeast in 20 °C water, then add the salt and syrup.

      Add the soy milk and flour. Then knead into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a cloth and place it in the refrigerator; let it rest overnight.

      Take the dough out in the morning. Roll the dough out into a rectangle, then flatten the rectangle very lightly on a floured work surface. Cut the rectangle into 8–10 squares.

      Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with a little water, and sprinkle a little flour over them. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 225 °C for about 10–15 minutes.

    • 25 g (1/2 packet) KronJäst for Bread, fresh
    • 100 g (1 dl) soy milk
    • 400 g (4 dl) water
    • 600 g (about 10 dl) all-purpose flour
    • 120 g (about 2 dl) graham flour
    • 6 g (1 tsp) Himalayan salt
    • 15 g (1 tbsp) syrup
